ゴールデンウィーク期間中の、発送業務について下記のとおりご案内いたします。 オンラインショップは通常通りご利用頂けますが、発送までにお時間を頂戴することがございます。予めご了承ください。

4月27日（土） - 29日（月・祝）　発送停止・カスタマーサポート休業
4月30日（火） - 5月2日（木）通常営業（4月26日午後〜5月2日午前のご注文を順次発送予定）
5月3日（金・祝） - 6日（月・祝）　発送停止・カスタマーサポート休業
5月7日（火）から通常営業
（5月2日午後〜7日午前のご注文を順次発送予定）

※GW期間中および直後は、交通事情やご注文の集中が予想されますので、 発送・お届けまでに通常よりもお時間が必要となる場合がございます

※休業期間中のご注文内容の変更・キャンセルは、お問い合わせフォームよりご連絡ください。翌営業日に確認をし回答させていただきます。

 

We have a series of national holidays coming up starting from April 29th (27th if weekend is counted in) - May 6th, called Golden Week altogether. 

We accept orders during the holiday, however, due to the National Holiday period in Japan from April 29 to May 6, the shipping schedule will be irregular.

Shipping services around this holiday are expected to be very busy, which may cause a few weeks delay of your shipment.
